Elizabeth Carr

Elizabeth Carr is a Suzuki Early Childhood Music Teacher and Piano Teacher, who teaches primarily in Kellyville and Thornleigh.

Elizabeth’s Suzuki training began at the age of 3 and has obtained teaching qualifications in NSW. Elizabeth also studied Early Childhood Education at Macquarie University and currently working towards her Masters in psychotherapy while continuing with ongoing Professional Development with the Suzuki Association.

Professional experience includes Nursing, Early Childhood Teaching in Preschools, and Creative Expression classes for children. Central to her teaching is the idea that enjoyment in learning leads to fulfillment in life.

Her passion for Dr Suzuki’s philosophy led to a deeper exploration of his ideas, and to the field of developmental psychology.
Elizabeth draws on her wide range of skills and experience to bring deep value to her Music lessons.
