Piano Lessons
I prefer to teach the essence of music making, developing a child’s character through music and using the piano to help a child enjoy making music, develop discipline, build endurance, and learn to persevere, and about life.
I do not promote or advocate exams but am willing to prepare students for AMED and ABRSM Grade 1 to 8 exams if the desire to sit for any exams comes solely from the child.
I am not interested in pushing children to do exams.
I also do not coach students with the motivation of winning a place at any school via music scholarship.
I do not teach children who learn out of parents expectation but not genuinely interested in music.
I do not work for parents. I am in charge, parents must cooperate. I do not take orders from parents.
