Trained initially in Gosford under Mrs Audrey Scott, then studied at the Sydney Conservatorium under Nancy Salas, Albert Landa and Gordon Watson. Completed the DSCM at the Conservatorium and the Bachelor of Music at Sydney University. Has taught music in Australia and the UK.
