In addition to being an extensive performer, Misaki has been a private piano teacher since 2005. She advocates a warm and friendly teaching style that fosters individuality, creativity and a love for music where students learn to play the piano through note reading, sound imitation and improvisation. In addition to practical work, the students will also be exposed to music theory, and rhythmic and aural activities, to enhance their overall musicality and knowledge of music.
