I’m a passionate pianist who wants to share my love of the instrument through teaching. I use the Russian Method, which I was taught with myself. The Russian Method focuses on technique (which promotes versatility), and getting the student familiar enough with the piano and sheet music that they will naturally, through muscle memory, know how to play a piece. The goal is to allow the student to stop focusing on the piano itself and what their hands are doing, and focus more on musicality, as the Russian method encourages a deeper appreciation of music as a whole piece, rather than breaking it down.
Primary School Age, Beginner and Intermediate private lessons – $25 for a half hour
Also taking Expressions of Interest for a juniors (ages 3-5) small group lesson, $10 per student for a half hour small group (3 to 5 students each)
