Piano Lessons

Piano lessons for beginners. Individual lessons with a highly qualified and experienced music teacher and mum. Classes are held after school in my home studio, a parent or accompanying adult is welcome to stay during the lesson. Classes run during school terms and term fees include all required lesson materials and books. Classes include beginner piano technique, rhythm work, beginner theory and musicianship activities. I am a teacher, Kindermusik Educator & Mum. I believe in playing to learn, and in playing for fun. Music learning has many documented benefits for children including enhancing their self esteem and memory, and strengthening their abilities in all other academic areas including literacy and maths. I have 20 years experience as a teacher and my lessons are tailored to the needs of my individual students – so they can learn at their own pace and enjoy what they learn. I teach piano, music theory and musicianship lessons for beginners aged 5-10 years. Classes are held at my home studio, after school on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday, depending on vacancies.
