I am classically trained however I teach styles that the student wants to try.

I teach at both secondary school and at home. Instruments taught are Piano, Flute (principal instruments); clarinet and saxophone. I also teach Theory.. I am also a composer and have piano music on the AMEB Piano Grade 5 and Certificate of performance syllabus, VCE Solo Performance : Pianoforte syllabus and have music including advanced flute and piano in the Aust. Music Centre and the National Library of Australia.
I still enjoy teaching music after more than 35 years experience. My students past and present have consistently obtained manyhigh results in AMEB examinations on all four instruments. Not all my students do examinations: only the ones who consistently do their practice are encouraged to enter for examinations. I have annual concerts and sometimes organize smaller ones, for example, in 2010, I had a concert especially for adults.

My students range in age from 6 years old to senior age.

I am a fully qualified member of the VMTA
