Blake Kalkowski

I am a passionate music teacher providing my services in many musical disciplines including piano, voice, saxophone and musicianship.
I have a vast array of experience that you can tap into as a student. My experience includes performances at the Sydney Opera House, Sydney and Wollongong Entertainment Centre, community events and successfully competing in music competitions.
I have spent the past two years teaching in Taiwan where I was challenged as an educator and musician. My time overseas also afforded me countless professional development opportunities.
In Taiwan I was invited to teach at Eurhythmics Music School, Pingdong Junior High School, MeiYu Music and Dance International Academy and WenZao University.
I strive to pass on my knowledge as well as my passion to students whether they are new to music or have played music all their lives!

My students have gone on to perform at the Wollongong Entertainment Centre and in local and High School musicals, festivals and the Sydney Opera House. They have also continued their music studies at University. Students have likewise had great results in performances, talent quests and exams.
