I grew up in South Africa, beginning piano lessons at the age of 10. Celebrations with family and friends always ended up as musical events – jamming and singing together. I always enjoyed being in school choirs and, in adult years, participated in an accapella group, creating harmonies.

I began teaching the piano in 1993 in Adelaide and since that time, have also enjoyed working as a piano accompanist. “Watching students of all ages learn new skills, become more confident at their music making and have fun at the piano/keyboard ….are some of the joys I derive from this work”.

I offer private piano lessons from beginner to the more advanced stages for all ages. It is never too late to begin …. so if you are an adult who has always wanted to, now is the time!
