I aim to teach my students to enjoy a leisure skill for life, and to teach them to be able to learn independently.
I use AMEB exams and informal concerts as optional motivators.
I use the Alexander Technique to encourage optimal use in playing.

30 years performing as a pianist, singer and conductor.
