Piano Lessons

All piano lessons are tailored for each individuals for all levels, all styles from classical to contemporary and through all ages!

As for a beginner taking on piano lessons, students will be expect to learn the names of the keys and how to read music in our lessons. Focusing on learning all the notes on the piano, rhythms and value of notes, gaining confidence in reading music through practising playing tunes!

For the intermediate to advance students, lessons incorporate sight reading training, aural skills training and theory. AMEB graded exams are also offered if students are keen (It is recommended for students who would like to develop further in their skills).

All lessons will be conducted in a friendly and professional environment ensuring students get great results and enjoy playing!

Cathy (Pei-Chun) Tsai has over 14 years teaching experience. She specialises in Classical Piano and Clarinet studies as well as working as an accompanist. Cathy seeks to tailor her lessons to the needs of the individual students and believes that music is for everyone. She helps students discover personal rewards in music studies and find enjoyment in music-making!
