Christina Faulkner

Experienced pianist, classroom music teacher, piano teacher, choral conductor, band director, theory teacher and piano accompanist.

I have a positive, friendly and engaging teaching style and believe that music learning should be a fun and joyful experience.

I love teaching people of all ages and have experience teaching from 4 years to adults. I have taught children, teenagers, parents with and without their children, adult beginners, adults wanting to play again, serious students who sit exams, those wanting to learn for fun, music teachers wanting to upgrade their skills and almost everything in between.

In my classroom teaching experience I have taught from Prep to Grade 12, taken choirs and bands, accompanied vocalists and instrumentalists, taught songwriting and music theory, sat on Senior Music panels and have directed musicals.
