Grace Leong is an Honours graduate from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music after 4 years of training in music education, and studied under the instructions of Australian piano lecturer and examiner Mr Paul Rickard-Ford. More than 7 years of piano teaching experience, Grace conducted a research in 2008 on parental views regarding child musical learning with Dr James Renwick. Very comfortable in communicating with both parents and students, all lessons are uniquely tailored to cater for each student’s individual progress and needs.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.

Charges as follow:
30 minute lesson = $30
45 minute lesson = $45
60 minute lesson = $60

One lesson per week, lesson duration differs according to student’s grade.

Grace Leong

An Honours graduate from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music after 4 years full-time training in music education, Grace studied under the instructions of distinguished Australian piano lecturer and examiner Mr Paul Rickard-Ford. With a passionate interest in her area of expertise, Grace conducted a research in 2008 on parental views regarding child musical learning with Dr James Renwick. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay, Grace is very comfortable in communicating with both parents and students regarding personal needs in piano lessons. Having taught students from various backgrounds and different ages, Grace has extensive experience in tailoring piano lessons to suit the particular student.

Grace has taught in Sydney since 2004, and enjoyed a 2-year overseas teaching contract in the very multicultural Malaysia in 2012-2013. Since returning to Sydney in 2014, Grace has extended her teaching career further and now manages the prestigious Clavier Music & Art School in Hurstville.
