Piano lessons

I aim to tailor lessons to the needs of the student, be they child or adult, beginner, beginning again or highly experienced. Being also a composer, I integrate theory and aural into lessons and encourage creativity in the form of framed improvisation.
Lots of information and encouragement is given regarding practice and performing.

Haydn Reeder

Highly experienced pianist/composer, has studied and performed, taught and worked in music publishing in Melbourne (AMEB), Vienna and London. I aim to develop both the technical and expressive abilities of my piano/keyboard students and also foster theoretical understanding of the music. The latter can also be taken as full-time lessons. You may like to begin with a trial period of three lessons in either piano or theory.
