Piano lessons

One of the most important factors in your child’s music education is how well they relate to their music teacher. At Hive we have a variety of teachers and teaching styles to help you get the right fit for your child. We will give you the opportunity to try a lesson with a teacher before you commit to lessons long-term.

Your child will enjoy learning to sing or play an instrument with our experienced teachers because they tailor each lesson to suit your child’s interests and needs. All styles of music are taught in our lessons, from Classical to Jazz to Contemporary.

Our Teachers are all qualified, accomplished musicians with years of experience in teaching young children through to adults.

Lessons are available in time-slots to suit your child’s age – from 10 minutes to 60 minutes on Mondays to Thursdays, during the day for non-school attending children / adults and also after school to evening for school children.

Hive Creative studios offers MUSIC – ART – DRAMA – LANGUAGE classes and private tuition for flute, piano, sax, guitar, voice and more in a friendly, nurturing environment.

Our music program for 0 – 6 year olds is Kindermusik – a world-leader in early childhood music education. What parents love about Kindermusik is the high quality of education that takes place within a no-pressure environment where children are free to learn in their own unique way.

Our music programs for primary age children develop musicianship skills in groups as well as private tuition in piano, keyboard, voice and flute.
