Jeremy Eskenazi

The holder of a PhD in Performance Practice from the Royal Academy of Music (University of London), Jeremy Eskenazi is a sought-after soloist, teacher, chamber musician, scholar and adjudicator. In 2015, the Governing Body of the Royal Academy of Music elected Jeremy ‘Associate of the Royal Academy of Music’ (ARAM) together with his wife, Australian composer Alicia Grant, for a ‘significant contribution to the music profession’.

Jeremy loves to transmit his passion for classical music through teaching committed students of any age as well as keen music lovers who would like to brush up on their piano skills.

Jeremy has performed in many venues worldwide, such as the Festival Chopin in Paris, the Queen Elizabeth Hall and Saint-Martin-in-the-Fields in London, the Holywell Music Room in Oxford, and the Istanbul Opera House. In 2011, the record company Divine Art released his CD Rainlight: Evocations of Water for piano solo, distributed worldwide by Naxos.

Jeremy was invited to adjudicate the Sydney Eisteddfod and Bathurst Eisteddfod competitions in 2014. In 2009, he adjudicated the Southern Highlands International Piano Competition in Bowral, New South Wales.
