I welcome students of all ages and levels. I believe that learning the piano should be a fun and exciting experience. Every student has a unique set of goals and interests – whatever your aims are, I’m here to support you.

I normally teach from my home in Clifton Hill but am willing to come to you if you live in Clifton Hill or a surrounding suburb.

Lachlan Dorse

Lachlan Dorse is a pianist with a passion for teaching and sharing the joy of music-making with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Lachlan graduated from Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University with a Bachelor of Music with First Class Honours, and a university medal. His degree included the study of piano performance and piano pedagogy – the art of teaching the piano.

As a soloist and ensemble player, Lachlan has performed extensively in concerts and recitals, as well as in live radio broadcasts for ABC Classic FM, ABC Radio National, and Melbourne’s 3MBS.

Lachlan has a current Victorian Working With Children Check.
