Piano Lessons

As a second job I teach mature aged students how to play the piano.
As I have had a stroke in late 2007 and consequently lost the use of my right hand, I find mature age students better suited to my teaching methods.
I have a lovely ‘Alex Steinbach’ piano at my home and have a fair selection of sheet music.
For those wishing to play a particular song/s I am able to procure the sheet music in most cases.
I teach all day Saturday, and my rate is $20 for half an hour.

Meg Fraser

My name is Meg Fraser. I am married with a little baby named Riley. I finished high school in Victoria in 2002 and went to the Australian National University (ANU) where I have completed my Bachelor of Arts (Australian and Indigenous studies) in 2007. I currently work for the Department of Education and Training in ACT.

Throughout my schooling I greatly enjoyed playing and performing on the piano. Although I suffered a stroke in November 2007, I still find that I can get enjoyment out of teaching others how to play as the stroke took away the ability to play with my right hand. My available is relatively limited to Saturdays.
