- 2 years teaching placement in primary schools, taught all primary level – 2 years one-on-one piano lessons – 5 weeks voluntary work at Carlton Primary School as a teacher assistant – 1 year teaching music theory group class

My Teaching Philosophy:
• Provide supportive and productive learning environment
• Students’ needs, backgrounds, perspectives and interests are reflect in the learning program
• Students are challenged and supported to develop deep levels of thinking and application

I am an experienced and high qualified music teacher specialised in teaching ABRSM music program. My specialties are piano, music theory and music composition. I offer music lessons in Mandarin or English based on students’ preference. My Masters degree has helped me to understand how children learn and how to teach to the point of need. I am patient, friendly and have an outgoing personality which allows me have good relationships with my students.
