My Lessons are structured according to the interests and aims of the learner with the main focus being to inspire students and to encourage a passion for music. I have many years of experience and I am a retired classroom music teacher from St Helena Secondary College where I spent the last 26 years. I was Director of Music for 17 of those years. I believe in providing opportunities for students of all ages to create and enjoy making music. Music should be fun.

I am a retired classroom music teacher from St Helena Secondary College where I spent the last 26 years. I was Director of Music for 17 of those years. I believe that students of all ages should create and enjoy making music. Music should be fun. Music has been my life. I studied at Newcastle Conservatorium of Music and my mother was a music teacher before me. Music has always been in my family.
