Piano Lessons

I have taught piano students from beginners to ones who were aiming for AMEB exam.
My students will be able to – read music (beginner) – have right shaped hands on piano (beginner) – fundamental chord progression – musical expression – enjoy playing the piano!
I am happy to teach piano students from beginner to advanced level.

Nozomi Omote

Started playing piano at age of 8 then percussion at age of 11. Experienced in orchestral/chamber playing as well as solo performance.

I am from Japan and completed Bachelor of Education in Japan then Master of Music Studies at the QLD Conservatorium in 2005. I am currently a sessional staff in the percussion department at the QLD Con also a percussion/piano teacher at several high schools in Brisbane.
Also I have taught at Young Con, QYO perc sections. I was an audition panel for 2011 QYO ‘s percussion sections.
