PIANO / KEYBOARD LESSONS

BEGINNERS learn to play both hands from the first two lessons. The reading process is gradually introduced as the student keeps learning to play new songs.The emphasis is on students experiencing the sheer joy of being able to play great sounding songs.

I also specialise in teaching more advanced players to play JAZZ STANDARDS from the Real Books.

I also specialise in teaching pianists how to play JAZZ STANDARDS using the “Real Books”. My background as a professional session musician for many years gives me the experience to share this with students.
