With both the music degree in classical piano performance and the music education degree, I am a qualified and professional music teacher. I hold a Teachers’ Qualification Certificate (China) of Junior High School. I have been granted accreditation in Piano and Theory/Musicianship by the Music Teachers’ Association of New South Wales, and am a full member of the Association.
I commenced my piano learning at the age of four. My performance repertoire covers widely from Baroque to 20th century classical solo piano works, concertos, and ensembles.
I attended many master classes of the American pianist Jonathan Biss, German Prof. Christian Muller, as well as many in Australia. I have been performed at St. Andrew’s Cathedral and the NSW Art Gallery. I also have experience playing chamber music ensembles, piano quintets, jazz, and contemporary music at varied venues.
I enjoy teaching and working with people that share the same passion in music. I provide flexible, positive and enthusiastic lessons that will meet requirements of students of all ages and all levels. I teach students for examinations, leisure, or concerts. I also strongly encourage adults to develop their potential music skills.
