Starting Note is a vocal and music theory tuition service based in Parafield Gardens, which is close to Salisbury, Mawson lakes, Green Fields, Porakka, Burton, and Paralowie.

We tailor lessons to suit you!

We aim to equip our students with the tools they require to become confident and skilled at the craft of singing, including; proper vocal technique, vocal anatomy, breathing, projection, posture, stage craft, aural training, sight singing, articulation, diction, posture, rhythm, timing, tone, timbres, improvisation, scales, theory, and beyond.

Our service is diverse, catering for many genres of music, including; rock, pop, jazz, R&B, folk, musical theatre, country, classical, and blues.

We also endeavor to cater for all learning styles, designing customized lesson plans to meet the needs of each individual singer. We cater for everyone!

Our individual or small group tuition service enables you to learn about the things that interest you at your own pace with our qualified instructor, Jess- no matter how ambitious, or how advanced you are.

Individual Rates:
From $30 per half hour
From $60 per hour

Group Rates:
From $20 for duo lessons per person per 30 mins
From $18 for trio lessons per person per 30 mins
From $40 for duo lessons per person per 60 mins
From $30 for trio lessons per person per 60 mins
