I mix in a lot of fun, games & laughter, especially with children. 2 minute body percussion or character embodiment can be incorporated into lessons with students who find it helps in their learning. I am always looking for more techniques to keep the brain alert. I have made music board games & achievement charts to assist in development which work wonders (even adults love getting a sticker!)

I have taught for 10 years across many ages & styles but am still young & passionate with an open mind for new things.
A personal specialty of mine is composition and learning to ‘jam’ or improvise. Many students like to learn to sing & play simultaneously. Those who have a knack with songwriting can go on to record their music with me & create a personalised CD. I also teach ‘electronic music’ & basic production of it.

Whether you wish to perform live or not, do exams, write a song, learn to jam, read music – its your choice!
