The Music Spot Music Education Centre

The Music Education Centre is a music school offering private music lessons for adults and school-aged kids, and Kindermusik classes for ages newborn to 7 years.

Established in 1993, The Music Spot began as a musical instruments store offering guitar lessons on a casual basis in a spare room. In 1996 the school was created as a separate entity from the store, and today operates eight studios six days of the week, with around 30 music teachers providing lessons on a wide range of instruments for almost 400 students.

Kindermusik classes were introduced in 2006. An internationally renowned music and movement program which has been running for over 30 years, Kindermusik is a well researched, curriculum-based program which provides a musical learning experience for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and children up to 7 years of age.
