Private Piano Lessons

Vivian has been learning the piano for 13 years and is currently studying at Monash University. She attended Strathcona Baptist Girls’ Grammar School on a music scholarship. Being School Music Captain previously, Vivian has led multiple ensembles, music concerts and recitals. She received her Associate Diploma in 2008 and her Licentiate diploma in 2010. She has won many awards over the years including national competitions, local eisteddfods, featured with the renowned piano artist, Alan Kogosowski’s concert and appeared on the radio and the newspaper on a local and national level.

Vivian Chen

Vivian Chen is 19 years old and is currently studying at Monash University. She attended Strathcona Baptist Girls’ Grammar School, on a music scholarship. With qualifications such as L.MUS.A, A.MUS.A, VCE Music Performance, Vivian has also appeared with famous pianist Alan Kogosowski’s piano concert at the BMW Edge Theatre Federation Square, local and national newspapers, radio and eisteddfods. Having played at various Melbourne function spaces, including Melbourne Recital Centre, Hammer Hall and Melbourne Town Hall, Vivian is an experienced performer who has developed many skills in performance.

Vivian is extremely keen with her music and would love to help others in the community to play piano!

Vivian currently has 7 students of her own, so she has plenty of experience in a wide range of levels.
